All About Looks

Oh there goes me... one day wearing all black, the next bad-ass, and the other colorful and all. I like to think I have a particular style which falls back to laid back, casual cool, and effortless chic, but I can be very bipolar and decide to wear things depending on my mood. For that, I leave you to decide what you think of my style. Then again as I've said previously, what's the point of fashion if we only stick to one look.
So this was what I wore to mass yesterday. If you aren't new to this blog, you know that I go to mass every Sunday. To most, I think Sundays are usually the days we are accepted to wear lazy outfits, but to me, Sundays are the days I get dressed up, really. Since I was little, it's been that way as my mom wouldn't have me looking less chic next to her. Of course she's a self acclaimed fashionista, although we never have the same taste and style. But she taught me well and up to now, I live up to her standards. What she tells me is this - you can always hide your real status with the way you dress. Certainly we're neither rich nor poor, just your average family, but she says people can't tell as long as you keep yourself well groomed. Oh, I can never understand that, but I know that since she grew up in a little nosy town where people criticize other people based on appearance, it's safe to say she used this to protect herself. Anyway I'm off the point.
About my outfit, nothing new. Basically old pieces that I mixed and matched. Since I started this blog, I have had this feeling that I always have to have something new to blog about. It's nice to know that it isn't completely true. You agree?
