color block - yellow + pink

I've been planning on doing color blocking for a while now and I might have already mentioned that before but it's only been recently that I was able to do so when I finally found pieces that would go together and I'm happy as to how the outfit turned out. As soon as my as my friends called a meet up, I knew I had to wear this bright yellow tunic with something as bold. I had a lot in mind but finally I settled for my pink bandage skirt seeing that the simpler the outfit is, the better. 

As for the meet up, I had such a wonderful time catching up with my girls! I wish we see each other more often. We took a lot of photos and I'll soon be posting some on our blog. If you've got the extra time, please do check it out.
