DIY: Colorful Skirt Tutorial

Remember this skirt from my post here? Well, I said I'd post the tutorial and I haven't forgotten about it, honest. Tho I know I should have done it sooner but the thing is, I kinda lost the photos I took for this tutorial. I mean, I don't know where I put the files in my computer. I still haven't found them but I figured I should post this already so... I'm improvising a little here. To see the tutorial, continue reading after the jump. What you'll need:

- 1 yard, fabric of your choice

- strip of garter ( long enough to wrap around your waist when stretched)

- scissors

- sewing materials (i.e. needle, pins, thread, etc.)
