Putting it to the test

Finally I got my hands on a computer. Being cut off from the world wide web is an absolute torture. I'm a kid of this era and believe me if I say I'd go nuts without connecting online. It's absurd. So without further ado, here's an outfit post, a very delayed one as these were taken the day before we flew to Manila. I mentioned previously that I will be putting my new camera to the test and the last 3 photos were the result (the first 2 taken with the usual Nikon SLR). Not bad, eh? But you've seen this dress before. I was going for effortless as we were only headed to the movies that night. This dress was the first thing I saw hanging from my closet that I thought was lousy enough so decided to throw it on.

Anyway, on vacation matters - My brothers and I arrived in Bicol, my mom's hometown, late this afternoon.  We'll be staying for about two weeks, what everyone refers to as a Grand Vacation. Blah! As much as I'd love to stay that long and spend time with my relatives, I have other things I'd rather do. But there isn't really a choice. I sit for my brothers, and with John planning to spend his birthday here, I really must stay. The thing is, besides internet, I don't really know anything I can do around here anymore. Most of my friends have already left town, and with the unstable weather condition, it's no fun to go around. I don't know. I guess my excitement has gone down until at least when I go back to Manila to do some real fun stuff. Hoping for the best. But I'll still take pictures to share with you guys. Surely there are things I will fancy. Stay tuned!
