Wear your heart out

Just when I thought having buggy eyes due to lack of sleep couldn't get any worse, my body decides to take on a cold and sore throat. Can you believe it? I had to celebrate my birthday literally sounding like a frog; croaking with a hoarse voice, coughing, and barely able to talk. Top that off with a headache. Good thing the meds worked so thankfully the headache wore off in time. Still... up to now, I can't speak.

But that aside, I definitely had a wonderful time; my family and I went to dinner, along with Penguin, my gran, and aunties. We went to a famous Thai restaurant called Kruatheque, which, according to my dad, used to be a discotheque during their time. What a transformation. But the food was really great and the price was fair enough for the quality of service they provide. Hands down, that was by far the best Thai restaurant I've been to. My mom was surprised by the amount of food I ordered; she thought we wouldn't be able to finish them all. But after an hour or so... tadaa... all our plates were empty. Just a few bits left here and there. I told her it was a feast and we should eat as much as we could. And that we did!

Anyway, this wasn't the outfit I wore. Contrary to what I planned, I actually didn't get a chance to take pictures of what I wore and what we ate so... sorry about that.
