Blue
[Sweater, Bag and Skinny : Local stores in Kowloon][Jacket : MPT][Hat : Forever 21][Boots : Cotton On]
Chezka and I really struggled with shooting these couple of photographs last Tuesday, as greyness completely took over the entirety of Macau. We can only find the most vivid backdrop for contrast which, fortunately for us, there was one readily available at a close proximity from our meeting place - first and only struck of luck of the day! Of course I was additionally thrilled to realize that the temporary walls matched the blue hues going on with my outfit. But still, setting the camera and the post-process afterwards was a bit of a challenge... so this was the best I could come up with.
Anyway, dullness aside.
This pair of floral skinny jeans couldn't be any more of a statement piece against the black canvases that I call a sweater, biker jacket, hat, and cage boots. Do you see how delicate they seem? Like china ceramics with the usual intricate designs, I can almost imagine them breaking if not for the soft fabric they're made out of with (no kidding there - my legs are the shape of a vase).
And then comes this satchel... oh the colour! Another attention-grabber, I say. True, it won't blend easily with many outfits like the basic palette consisting of blacks, browns, and whites.. But the way I see it, it becomes one of the easiest things to pick-up come that time you need a monotonous-outfit booster.
Agree or not?
Let me know in the comments. =)

I totally agree. I find that bags or scarves or shoes that are a color that you don't normally have in plenty are the easiest to just grab. I love your bag AND your jeans!
