Happy first day of the week! While I'm perfectly delighted to give you a visual recap of what I did during the weekend, let's put a hold to that note and settle for an outfit post. This was essentially what I wore on a hot sunny day to run around town in with Penguin - brunch, errands, and all that. A light denim and a playful print combo, donned with sneakers to beat the heat with. As a matter of functionalism and versatility, also particularly because I found myself more and more entailed with these horsehair slip-ons being undeniably comfortable and street-appropriate, I decided to acquire two more pairs in leather and snakeskin. There's only so much energy I can exert in wearing heels under the blazing heat so it's safe to say I'll be walking flat on the ground for the next couple of days/weeks until fall, possibly.

On that note, today's itinerary which will require plenty of walking is the perfect excuse to break into them. But typing any more while sitting on a chair in front of a computer will surely steer me into procrastination again. So allow me to leave you for now on a hopeful note that I'll be productive today before my laziness kick in. Wish me luck, darlings, and see you soon!
