So I'm making the last few rounds with my crop tops these days before it get's chilly and I'm officially onto the next fall trend - I've my eyes set on boxy trench coats, navy blue, and more sneakers. But I won't get a head of myself while the sun's still out so let's put a hold to that thought while we slightly digest this outfit.
Surprisingly, this is a combination of pieces from my closet that hadn't seen the light of day for a while now; the skirt was an old purchase and a favorite two summers ago when I still had long hair; and the bag is something I bought impulsively when the Orange Hermes Birkin bag was a big thing and I was in love with the color, mostly. Not so much now but I do think the orange and bits on the jacket and skirt tied the outfit together, making for a well-put print on print getup.
I would have worn high heels but five days in a row in them having to dress up for the office, I decided my feet needed a break. Besides, I'm still pretty much obsessed with normcore more than you see and I show it so what's incorporating a pair of slip-on sneakers to get that vibe, eh? Let me know your thoughts!
Meanwhile, I wish you all a Happy Golden week!
I love that you paired these prints together! I never would've thought of it. So fresh and a bold summer punch before the season change.
