A frivolous month later, I'm back to being an office girl, and it gives me pleasure to dress up everyday in pantsuits, blazers, and pencil skirts. I know, the excitement will wear out eventually, but why not enjoy every bit until it lasts? As a matter of fact, I even bought a few essentials, including a pair of grey trousers, two pairs of (stiletto pumps and strap) heels that I have never thought I'd ever be able to walk in, a crisp white shirt, and a navy blue blazer - very captain nautical. Just an excuse for impulsive shopping. But of course, you'll still see the essence of my casual-cool, laid-back style because that's still pretty much how I dress up off work, so don't fret.
Such is this outfit from last weekend - my take on the 70's hippie without a floral wreath.
There was actually a point when Penguin and I were into tie-dye, and it all came back when we made a quick stop in Bangkok's Chatuchak market on a layover from Samui to Macau and we saw all these groovy tie-dye pieces all around. We both caved in.
Anyhow, not much of a story this is all I have for tonight. Have a wonderful week ya'll!
