As opposed to corporate, I turned out looking rather like a 90's preppy student headed to class. I must have missed the part where I crossed the line in trying to be fashionable for the office and dressing age appropriate. Clueless much? You can say that. 

The thing is, I find it a little tricky to dress up for the office when I'm not sure of what certain things I can or cannot wear as there are no specified rules. It's not like I can go to work decked in an all-blue, and by that I mean cobalt blue, pantsuit or two-sie for all my black-suit-white-collar-wearing colleagues to see (though I've seriously contemplated on that), but at the same time of I don't wanna look shabby and way beyond my age in boring outdated office attire either. There has to be a middle ground, no? And that somewhere-in-between is where I typically get lost. 

It must be the bag and my equally casual sneakers. Or possibly my blazer's contrasting panel and the fact that I have a tendency to affiliate young, girly, and preppy to anything light pink. But one thing's for sure, I do think this outfit is utterly well put together. For now, that's all that matters. Thoughts? Let me know below.
