Channeling my inner sorceress in this boxy-oversize Forever 21 robe. I don't know, there's something about this long black outerwear that I find odd yet interestingly cool. Possibly because it reminds me so much of the Harry Potter movies, my ultimate love affair with the wizarding world, and the fact that I wanted to be a witch at one point, dressing up for it only made it so much more legit. 

To keep the outfit from taking a terribly wrong turn towards tacky, I kept proportions on point with a high-waist midi skirt and chelsea boots, and then kept everything else minimal. Topped off with a brim hat to complete the witch look, and you don't see it here but I also had with me an oversize shawl to cover myself with for when it got chilly at night. Gotta love a no-brainer layered effect for a quick cold weather fix.
