Brace yourselves homies, this is probably the last time you'll see me dark haired for a while because I am, as of the moment, legally blonde - pun intended. You'll definitely hear a story out of this gaga-ness as I did not intentionally dye my hair gold. But this is me giving you a heads up as I don't want to drop a bomb in this corner of cyberspace without any warning. So be warned now. Soon enough. 

In the meantime, here's the dish on the outfit.

I can't stress enough how this vest is so much on point in bridging the gap between a tiny skirt and a plain black top - all that's needed to add a much needed edge to this outfit. The last time I wore this was also with a long-sleeved shirt and skirt combo that was equally well-rounded. Next time I pop into Zara, I'll make sure to have a look at the men's section again because proven and done, boy's clothes are sometimes so much better than girls' specially considering statement pieces. Incidentally, they also fit so much better. There's no need to worry about bulges and unexpected body hugging on parts where I'm concerned so win-win. Do you agree with me? Do tell.
