Sheers and proportions

I always get a little giddy every time H&M send over pieces for me to style. They've been keeping me inspired with their latest collections, campaigns, and selections that I feel like I'm a little girl at Christmas, always can't wait to get home to see what items came in the mail. 

From the latest set, I was really excited to wear this sexy little bralet from the Studio Collection because it's a bit bold and daring compared to my typical crop tops. I wanted to make it look very much wearable into a day outfit, like to brunch on a weekend morning and then a casual stroll with the boyfriend. You know that I like to play such intimate little numbers down with a bit of boyishness or sportiness. So this time I took to playing with proportions while sticking to the basic palettes, wearing an oversized blazer and a maxi skirt with a side slit, and a pair of white sneakers for optimal effect. Casual, laid-back, essentially ticking my daily outfit mantra so voila, ready to go.
