Retro Yellow

Celebrating Summer with an outfit featuring a pair of joggers that's as bright as the sun., Haha, who am I kidding? I dislike the heat when it comes to putting together an outfit because you can only do so much layering, if not at all. Take me to the beach which requires very minimal dressing up and that's a whole different story.

These joggers though, I fell in love with them in Seoul. It's funny because I used to be really into tailored and well-made pieces like dress-pants and paperbag trousers but lately I'm just so obsessed with loose jeans and all kinds of joggers. I guess the older I get, the lazier I become and honestly speaking, I just care less about how people think about my outfit as long as I'm comfortable with it and I love it. Joggers all day, everyday.

Oh and these sneakers, gosh, I've been looking for them online for ages since Nike's revival of their best Air Max sneakers to date. While Penguin was on a desperate hunt for the Air Max 97 "Silver Bullet" pair, I was onto the Tn's. So when I saw these in Kasina in Seoul, it took only 5 seconds for me to decide that I'm going to get them. Never mind the fact that they're a full size bigger than the usual sizes I get for sneakers. They fit and they look good and that's all that matters.

Anyways, Monday again. I won't even start on talking about work but let's just say may my coffee be strong and this week be short. Have a great week ahead, you guys!
