Blue Layers and Transparent Sneakers | CDG x Nike Dunk

Have you seen what's currently trending in the world of fashion? Transparent shiz and plastic tings are dominating the streets and our Intagram feeds (well, mine at least). I've seen influencers like Aimee Song and Chriselle Lim rock them and even the streetwear community is quick to pick up with high street brands the likes of Maison Margiela and MISBHV releasing pieces of their own. 

While I'm in no condition to splurge on the latest trends, thankfully I have a holy grail that'll take me on the bandwagon - this pair of Comme des Garcons x Nike Retro Dunk "Clear" sneakers. Penguin and I chanced upon them online and since you know how collaboration pieces are hard to come by, we placed our orders without thinking twice nor blinking. To date, they're one of my favourite and most versatile pairs. I mean, how can they not be when the socks you wear turns your shoes to just about any colour you want. In this case, I wanted to tie my whole look together with the colour blue so I opted for blue printed socks.

On daily things that don't really matter, well it's Monday yet again and I've loads to do. Well, sort of. Mainly planning and planning and planning. I never seem to stop planning - for things that may happen or even may not. It's in my nature no matter how I try not to over plan anything. But yes, today is another planning day. Potential trips, collaborations, and whatnot. It's too early to reveal anything because they are still just, obviously, just plans. But let's see - if things turn out well then you'll hear about these plans in no time. For now, I'm going to bury my head in cyberspace researching.

Tonight, I'm also heading out to watch the new movie called "A quiet place". I just knew about it yesterday from my dad and brother who are movie buffs, and I got hooked after watching the trailer so here we are. Has any of you seen it yet? Lemme know your thoughts below!
