Back from the Anti Social

Hello, strangers! Back from being anti social (social media). Finally feeling some semblance of normalcy after settling into a new life here in Kuala Lumpur. Yes, it's been 2 weeks, it's been that fast! Time flies real quick I tell you. And yet we still do not have proper living room furniture in our new apartment. But we'll get there one way or another.

Anyhow, owning a quiet weekend that I thought to go back to my old habits and take self portraits. Et voila, it was a successful one that I had to share immediately. I badly miss dressing up just for the fun of it and taking outfit photos to share with ya'll in this corner of cyberspace. Oh well, all I can do is try, right?

So my housemate is gone for the weekend and I have the apartment all to myself. On one note it is lonely. On the other, I get to spend some me time without being pressured as to whether I should continue working even on off days or just take a breather. I'm indulging in the latter while free time lasts. It's going to be another busy next few weeks as we prepare for our next event happening at the end of July so I'll take every minute of freedom I can get.

So, what's new? From my outfit, nothing. Everything I'm wearing are from my glory days of streetstyle blogging. That I'm living currently with just 4 pairs of shoes in the roster is a wonder. Can't wait for the rest of my stuff from Bangkok to arrive (they were shipped over with the rest of stuff from work). But even then I've only got a few pairs of shoes in the cargo. Scratch. I can't wait to bring over more of my favourite pairs from Macau. Slowly, slowly.

Life-wise, well other than living in a new city, new apartment, new neighbourhood, same old, same old. I haven't had the chance to explore KL save for visiting Petronas tower and one of the food streets here called Jalan Alor. But perhaps this afternoon, I will try to go exploring. It sucks that the weather here is very much like Macau's hot and humid summer. The kind that makes me lazy to go out as your whole body gets sweaty and icky. But anyway, we'll try.
